The AI Clarity Scan™ · Free

Two verdicts
in three minutes.

Where your firm actually sits on AI, scored against best practice. And whether what comes next should be rented or owned.

Twenty-three questions, anonymous, and no email to see your result.

What you walk away with

A result worth having on its own

A state. Where your firm sits across five meters: governance, intelligence, software, infrastructure, and data. Scored at the weakest link, because that is where governance actually fails.

A posture. The rent-versus-own call for a firm in your position, with the reasoning shown. Most firms hear rent. If yours should own, we say which tier and in what order.

A benchmark. Three public numbers keyed to your result, each labeled with what it counts and what it does not.

What this is not

This measures perception, not evidence. It is a baseline you take yourself. The gap between what you score here and what an invoice pull turns up is the actual finding, and this instrument cannot see it. If renting is the right answer, it will tell you to keep renting.

Taking it as a leadership team?

Each person runs the same scan through a shared link, anonymously. Once three of you finish, the comparison page shows where your answers split.

Run it with your team

The most useful thing this instrument does is show you where your own leadership team disagrees. If you score The Cache at 3 and your operations lead scores it at 1, one of you is describing a different company. That gap costs nothing to produce and it is usually more uncomfortable than an invoice pull.

What happens when you tap it: the team page gives you a private link. Each person takes the same three-minute scan through it, anonymously, and once three of you finish, the comparison appears.

Want this in writing?

Your answers were recorded anonymously. To send your result, we have to connect this one record to you.

The results email is automatic and arrives in about a minute. Anything you get from us after that is written by a person.

Perception versus perception

Compare your team

This is cheaper than an invoice pull and usually more uncomfortable. If a CEO scores The Cache at 3 and the operations lead scores it at 1, one of them is looking at a different company.

Send them a link

Everyone who takes the scan through your link is tagged to your team, anonymously. Come back here when they are done and the comparison appears. Nothing to collect and nobody to chase.

The comparison opens at three answers, so it needs two besides yours. Send your link to anyone else who owns the decisions it touches, at any level. Scores show only as a range, and no score ever carries a name.
